What do I need to bear in mind if I bring my dog with me?

You are welcome to bring your dog to our hotel. Please register your dog in advance or send us a short message so that we can make the necessary preparations. For your furry friend we charge an additional €15.00 per night and room on top of your booking price. We can provide you with a water bowl. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in the dining room, but you can eat your meals together in our winter garden restaurant or on the garden terrace. We can offer you a dog menu and even a dog beer especially for your darling.
Can I cancel my booking at short notice?

If you book directly with us, the following cancellation conditions apply: up to 21 days before arrival: free of charge 20 - 14 days before arrival: 10% of the travel price 13 - 7 days before arrival: 20% of the travel price 6 - 3 days before arrival: 50% of the travel price 2 - 1 day(s) before arrival: 80% of the travel price on the day of arrival: 100% of the travel price For groups with more than 6 rooms, one room can be cancelled free of charge at any time (including the day of arrival). We also offer you a 25% early bird discount on the travel price if you make a booking >30 days in advance, but this is non-cancellable.
Wie komme ich ins Hotel, wenn die Rezeption nicht besetzt ist?

In diesem Fall erhalten Sie von uns am Tag der Anreise eine E-Mail mit einem PIN-Code. Mit diesem Code können Sie die für Ihr Zimmer passende Kartenbox am Eingang öffnen und Ihre Zimmerkarte entnehmen. Mit der Zimmerkarte können Sie auch die Eingangstür öffnen - halten Sie die Karte einfach an die Schaltfläche, bis Sie ein Summen hören.
Can I check in earlier or check out later?

We will be happy to check for you whether it is possible to offer you a late check-out or an early check-in on the day you wish. In general, a late check-out is possible until 1 p.m. and an early check-in from 2 p.m. Please inform us of your preferences in advance of your stay. For this we charge a one-off fee of €20.00 per room.
Can a cot be provided?

Many of our rooms can accommodate a child's bed. Please let us know your requirements when booking so that we can make the necessary arrangements. For a child's bed we charge €5.00 per night and room in addition to the booking price.
