We offer a restful stay in 14 friendly furnished two-bed rooms, 2 three-bed rooms and 2 single rooms with phone, television, shower and WC. To the comfort of our house also belong a sauna with fitness space, a nice big sunbathing area as well as the garden terrace. For conferences we offer to you an accordingly equipped space.

Spoil yourselves in our conservatory with marvellous look at our park and the "Infangwiesen" with house-baked cake and tasty coffee specialities. Battue from the nearby woods and fish from the mountainrivers are specialities of our chef. You may be sure that all dishes are freshly prepared. A dish offer constantly conformist the season holds ready a lot of change for you. We can offer our restaurant and conservatory to you for max. 45 people for all kinds of celebrations. Friedrichsbrunn is a little town, situated in deep wide forests in the eastern Harz-mountains near such famous towns as Wernigerode, Thale and Quedlinburg 600 meters above sea level. The Bodevalley (sometimes called the "Grand Canyon of the Harz-mountains") is just a stone's throw away.

The town arose in the end of the seventeens century as a woodworker-colony and became first famous for the delivery of christmas trees to Berlin. The name Friedrichsbrunn is a tribute to his royal highness king Friedrich who has visited the colony in 1754 and rested there at a well, later called the "Frederiks-well" (which means in german: Friedrichsbrunn). From this time on, Friedrichsbrunn became more and more attractive to vacationists. Today it is a nice place to spend the holidays in summer and winter too, because of its public footpathes and the wintersport facilities.
